Who is Dieter?
Dieter is the founder and managing partner of BOOKKEEPERS. With more than 15 years of experience in accountancy and tax advice, he guides companies across various sectors in their growth and professionalisation.
After a career as team lead at another firm, Dieter decided in 2019 to start his own practice, with a clear vision: supporting entrepreneurs with clear figures, strategic insight and a personal approach.
He holds the title of certified tax accountant and added that of certified notarial accountant in 2023.

Under his leadership, BOOKKEEPERS grew into a reliable partner for both SMEs and self-employed professionals. Dieter is a firm believer in digitalisation & automation within accounting, yet never loses sight of the human connection.
Alongside his role at BOOKKEEPERS, he is also a guest lecturer at Odisee & Hogent and regularly delivers keynotes.
He lives in Aalst with his partner and two children. In his free time you will often find him on his surfboard or in the kitchen — two places where, as in his work, focus and balance take centre stage.
