As a Success Manager at BOOKKEEPERS, you are the link between figures and entrepreneurs. You think along proactively, prepare client conversations and help build a digital, future-oriented accountancy in which you really make an impact.

What does a Success Manager do?

The sector is a playground for you, every corner of which you want to get to know. We no longer have to explain to you that accounting has deadlines and you'll need to be able to assess well what your entrepreneur needs to be happy, and this under the watchful eye of a senior accountant.
Preparing client conversations is your thing and exchanging knowledge together with the other team members is self-evident for you.
You track down tax and digital innovations in the market, to apply them in your client portfolio and within the office. You can communicate all this effortlessly in clear and understandable language for the entrepreneur and your colleagues.

Where will you end up?

BOOKKEEPERS is a fast-growing office, with branches in Aalst and Ghent.
Fully cloud-based, however, you work where you want, and we do this in full trust.
We are a young team that thinks in solutions, not in problems. How do we tackle this?
We are very close to our software providers and take part in various working groups. With the nice advantage that you can address your concerns directly at the source.
In addition, we make a sincere commitment to our sector.
We are active within various working groups in the ITAA (taxation, ambassador, promotion & diversity) and we help several local colleges in “the war for accounting talent”.
As a result, in our team you're not only busy with accounting, but you also help determine the direction of accounting. Moreover, you can broaden your own horizons this way.

Accounting is, after all, much more than accounting alone.

How do we currently pull this off?

We believe in a cloud-based story, in which we as an office set up a clear structure on how to work via Silverfin, Yuki, Exact Online, Accounton, Admin Pulse and the necessary office suites. Here, API connections between them ensure the most efficient use of time possible.
How do we see your role?

Thanks to your experience in other offices or sectors, we arrive at the best of both worlds. Your input and view of things make BOOKKEEPERS better, you help with the rollout of our strategic initiatives and bring your own ideas.
As a file manager, you'll support audits and other financial controls, assist with preparing VAT returns and tax returns. Drawing up annual accounts and financial reports. And as soon as you can cruise through your files effortlessly, there's always the chance to grow and climb a step higher on the ladder.
