Conversation
Conversation with team lead and/or management
- Our HR manager invites you to the office for a second conversation.
- Together with your future team lead and/or manager, we get to know each other further.
- We go a little deeper into your knowledge and look at what your needs are.
Step 3
Feedback
Feedback & possibly a contract proposal
- We give you feedback on our conversation within the week.
- If there's a match, a salary proposal is included immediately.
Step 4
Agreement
We reach an agreement
- Once we've reached an agreement, we provide your employment contract.
- If desired, we go through it together at the office and then sign it.
Step 5
Welcome
We introduce you to your colleagues
- When you visit the office, we introduce you to the colleagues for the first time.
- We look forward to your first working day!
