We go through your CV together in a first short conversation.

No need to send us your CV in advance.

You go through it in real life with our HR officer.

Conversation

Conversation with team lead and/or management

  • Our HR manager invites you to the office for a second conversation.
  • Together with your future team lead and/or manager, we get to know each other further.
  • We go a little deeper into your knowledge and look at what your needs are.

Step 3

Feedback

Feedback & possibly a contract proposal

  • We give you feedback on our conversation within the week.
  • If there's a match, a salary proposal is included immediately.

Agreement

We reach an agreement

  • Once we've reached an agreement, we provide your employment contract.
  • If desired, we go through it together at the office and then sign it.

We introduce you to your colleagues

  • When you visit the office, we introduce you to the colleagues for the first time.
  • We look forward to your first working day!
